Cornerstone Alliance is a 501(c)(3) organization and therefore, investment in Cornerstone Alliance can have both a personal and a community-wide impact.  On a personal level, you are encouraged to check with your tax advisor to inquire about income tax deductions, capital gains avoidance on appreciated property, and reduction of federal estate tax related to your investment in Cornerstone Alliance.  

As an investor in Cornerstone Alliance you are supporting our efforts to improve the economic wealth of the community.  We advocate a disciplined investment policy geared towards tax and job base creation, with an emphasis on socially and economically distressed areas.  Your investment will provide for leadership and services in:

  • Attracting new businesses to our community
  • Providing assistance for existing businesses looking to grow or who are simply in need of financing options or training services such as those offered through our Small Businesses Services and the Women's Business Center.
  • Talent Recruitment Services such as the community tours provided through our First Choice program
  • Actively engaging community leadership through our Stewards group and Chairman's Advisory Council.
