Types of Investing

There are several ways to become an investor in Cornerstone Alliance.  Investments may be designated as an annual investment or a multi-year pledge:

Cash Donations - These may be targeted to a specific area or if untargeted, will become part of the general operating funds.  The Director of Investor Relations can provide guidance on options for targeted funding.

In-Kind Donations - In-Kind donations of services or products can be helpful in the day to day business of Cornerstone Alliance.  The value of a donated service or product is recognized as an investment in Cornerstone Alliance. 

Gifts of Real Estate and other assets - Cornerstone can accept gifts of real estate or other assets.  Please speak with the Director of Investor Relations to discuss the best way to make this type of investment.

Planned giving through estate plans, trusts, annuities, and life insurance - a planned gift can provide for long-term economic development benefits.  Our staff will work with you to identify the best options for an investment made through an estate plan, a trust, an annuity or a life insurance distribution.
